Done-for-you · Quoted per engagement

Stop reading about it. Have it built.

The whole connected system — content, lead generation, operations — designed, built and running in your business. You approve; someone else assembles.

No price on this page on purpose — scope decides it. Every build opens with the $997 Assessment, credited back when you go ahead.

What It IsThe difference from the assessment

The assessment tells you. This does it.

The Handover Assessment names the agents worth building and hands you the instructions. Implementation is the version where nobody hands you instructions — the systems arrive connected, tested and running, and your involvement is approval rather than assembly.

Built, not briefed

Working systems

Agents connected to the tools you already use, tested against real work before they are handed over.

Sequenced

Biggest win first

The highest-leverage agent ships before the rest is finished, so the engagement pays back while it is still running.

Handed over

You own it

Built inside your accounts, on your tooling. Nothing is hostage to a retainer you cannot leave.

How It GoesFour stages

Scope first. Always.

01

The Handover Assessment

$997, and credited in full against the build if you go ahead within 90 days. It finds where the hours actually go and ranks the agents worth building — the evidence a quote is priced from. Some assessments end with a recommendation to start cheaper than a build.

02

Scope call and quote

We walk the assessment together and agree what gets built, in what order. You get a written scope and a fixed number. Nothing starts before that is in your hands.

03

Build

Highest-leverage agent first, then outward. You see working systems throughout rather than one delivery at the end.

04

Hand-off and documentation

Everything documented and running inside your own accounts, with the checks that keep reclaimed hours from quietly filling back up.

FitThis is a large engagement

Worth being blunt about.

Right fit

  • The bottleneck is costing more than the build would
  • You would rather approve work than assemble it
  • There are several systems that need to talk to each other
  • You want it owned in-house, not rented indefinitely

Wrong fit

  • You are not sure yet what should be automated
  • You want to learn to build these yourself
  • One specific task is the whole problem

Either way you start in the same place: the $997 Handover Assessment, credited against a build within 90 days. Want to learn it yourself? The Fully Staffed Founder waitlist is open.

On pricing

There is no rate card, and that is deliberate.

Implementation used to be sold in two fixed tiers. It is not any more, because the same headline scope means wildly different work depending on what already exists, how many tools have to connect, and how much of the current process is written down.

Quoting per engagement means you pay for your build rather than the average of everyone else’s. It is a high-ticket engagement either way — the call establishes whether it is the right one for you before either of us spends more time on it.

Every build starts with the Handover Assessment. It is $997, and the full $997 comes off your build price when you go ahead within 90 days. The assessment is what a quote is built from — so the first step is the assessment, not a deposit on work nobody has scoped yet.

QuestionsBefore the call

What people ask.

What does done-for-you implementation include?

The agents are built, connected and running in your business rather than described in a document. Scope typically spans content, lead generation and operations, and is agreed before anything starts.

How much does implementation cost?

It is quoted per engagement rather than sold at a fixed price, because the work varies enormously with how many systems connect and what already exists. It is a high-ticket engagement. The discovery call establishes scope, and the quote follows from that.

Do I need a Handover Assessment first?

Yes — every build starts there, and it is credited. The assessment produces the ranked list of agents, the hours behind each one and the order to build them in, which is exactly what a quote is priced from. Without it a quote would be guesswork dressed up as a number. The $997 comes off your build price in full if you go ahead within 90 days, so for anyone who builds it costs nothing on top — it is the first step of the engagement rather than a gate in front of it.

How long does a build take?

It depends entirely on scope, which is why the timeline is agreed at quoting rather than promised in advance. What is fixed is the sequence: the highest-leverage agent ships first, so value arrives before the whole system is finished.

Every build starts the same way.

Credited in full against your build within 90 days. Some assessments end with a recommendation to start cheaper than a build.
