Techcelerate Inc, doing business as AI Accelerate (“Techcelerate,” “AI Accelerate,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), operates this website and related services (the “Site”) and respects your privacy. 9. AI CONTENT STUDIO APP: CAMERA, MICROPHONE, VIDEO, AND AI PROCESSING

AI Content Studio (studio.aiaccelerate.co, and the same app saved to a phone’s home screen) is our content creation product. This section covers what it collects beyond the Site.

Account and brand information. Your name, email, password or sign-in provider, subscription details, and the brand information you enter or import (voice, audience, products, past posts, logos, colors, photos). We use it to generate and manage your content and to run your subscription.

Camera and microphone. The Studio asks for camera and microphone access only when you choose to record a video inside it. The live preview stays on your device and is not sent anywhere. Nothing is captured until you press record. You can revoke access at any time in your browser or phone settings.

Lenses powered by Snap. The optional retouch and makeup lenses in the recorder run on Snap Inc.’s Camera Kit. When a lens is on, your camera image is processed on your own device by Snap’s software to apply the effect; we do not send your camera feed to Snap. Snap may receive usage and diagnostic information about the lens session as described in Snap’s Privacy Policy. Using a lens requires accepting Snap’s Terms of Service, which the Studio shows before the first lens is applied. Lenses are only available to users 13 and older. You can decline and record without lenses.

Recordings and uploads. Videos you record or upload, and images and documents you add, are stored on our servers so we can caption, trim, render, and schedule them for you. We host the Studio on Railway and store media on Cloudflare R2, both in the United States. Your media is removed when you delete the post it belongs to or close your account, subject to routine backup cycles.

AI processing. To write and design your content, the Studio sends the text, brand information, images, and video transcripts involved to AI providers, principally Anthropic (Claude) and Google (image generation), under their commercial API terms. We send only what a given feature needs, and we do not sell this information.

Posting tools you connect. When you connect GoHighLevel, Buffer, Publer, or the Studio’s managed social connection (provided through Ayrshare), the content you choose to schedule, including its media, is sent to that tool so it can publish to the social accounts you authorised there. Each tool’s own privacy policy applies to what it does with your accounts.

Transactional email. The Studio sends account and product emails through Resend.

10. SHARING YOUR INFORMATION

We share data only with:

  • Service providers (payment processors, email services, CRM)
  • Contractors performing work on our behalf
  • Hosting providers
  • Advisors such as accountants or attorneys
  • Platforms required to deliver services (GoHighLevel, Stripe, etc.)
  • For AI Content Studio: Snap Inc. (Camera Kit lenses), Anthropic and Google (AI generation), Railway and Cloudflare (hosting and storage), Resend (email), and the posting tools you connect, each as described in Section 9
  • Public authorities when legally required

We do not sell your information.

11. BUSINESS TRANSFERS

If Techcelerate or AI Accelerate is merged, sold, acquired, or undergoes restructuring, your information may transfer with the business assets.

12. DATA SECURITY

We implement technical, administrative, and physical safeguards, including:

  • SSL encryption
  • Firewall protection
  • Secure CRM systems
  • Limited internal access
  • Strong authentication protocols

However, no online system can guarantee 100% security.

13. YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS

Depending on your location, you may have rights including:
