Eighteen agents. One of you.

The output of a fully staffed operation — without the payroll that usually comes with it.

A course where every module ends with something running. Not lessons about AI — an actual workforce, built alongside you, one agent at a time. Whether you are solo or already running a team.

No card. The waitlist hears before anyone else.

The DifferenceWhy another course

Most AI courses end with notes.

You finish, you have a folder of screenshots and good intentions, and nothing in the business changed. This is built the other way round: the deliverable of each module is a working agent, and the teaching happens as a side effect of getting it running.

Structure

One agent per module

Eighteen modules, eighteen agents across content, lead generation and operations. Nothing is theoretical.

Included

The prompt-builder tool

The briefing step is where most agents fail. The tool handles it so you are not staring at an empty box.

Format

Fixed cohort

Everyone moves together on a set window, which is why enrollment opens and closes rather than running always-on.

WaitlistNo card, no commitment

Get told before everyone else.

Doors are not open yet. The waitlist exists so the people paying attention early hear first, rather than whoever refreshes fastest on launch day.

QuestionsAbout the course

What people ask.

What is The Fully Staffed Founder?

It is a course that builds eighteen AI agents alongside you, covering content, lead generation and operations, plus a prompt-builder tool. Rather than teaching AI in the abstract, each module ends with a working agent running in your business.

Does this work if I already have a team?

Yes. The name describes the outcome, not the size of your business — the output of a fully staffed operation without the payroll to match. It works whether you are building alone or already running a team of twelve. If you have staff, the agents take the repeatable work off them so their hours go to what actually moves the business.

When does it open?

Dropping soon. The waitlist is notified before it opens publicly, so joining it is the way to hear first.

What will it cost?

$2,997. Set against well over $30,000 a year in labor costs — the eighteen agents take over the work you would otherwise be paying a person to do. Pricing is confirmed but not yet live.

Does joining the waitlist commit me to anything?

No. The waitlist is an email list. It tells you when doors open, before anyone else hears. There is no card and no obligation to enroll.

Be on the list before the list matters.
