My name is Chaka, and if there's one thing I've learned, it's that sometimes you have to build the opportunity you need.
I've spent 21+ years in tech—working in data, cloud, and AI long before it became a buzzword. I work remotely, I'm a boy mom, and I've carried a lot on my back (like many working parents do) while creating financial stability for my family.
But I didn't just climb the corporate ladder. I've been a licensed cosmetologist since college, a designer reseller, a real estate investor, a trucking company owner, and a career coach who's helped people land six-figure roles. I don't just teach strategy—I've lived it.
I didn't inherit wealth. I didn't have connections. I negotiated, built systems, took strategic risks, and learned how to make money work for me instead of just working for money.
I started doing hair at age 12. By college, I was licensed and running my first real side hustle. After that, I moved into reselling designer clothes online—not to become an influencer, but to pay off debt and save for my first investment property.
I purchased a three-family home with only $8,000 at closing. That property became the foundation for everything that came next. I've since bought multiple homes and learned that real estate isn't just for rich people—it's for strategic people.
Right out of college, I negotiated my first flexible work arrangement—40 hours in 4 days. Over the years, I negotiated multiple five-figure salary increases, retention bonuses, and promotions. I've been earning six figures since 2014.
Licensed cosmetologist. Designer resale business. Real estate investor. Career coach. Trucking company owner (secured $200K funding in 48 hours, bought 5 semi-trucks). Digital product creator. I learned how to build, pivot, and grow across industries.
In recent years, I've dealt with major transitions—moving states, having my second baby boy, relationship challenges, and losing several close family members including my father. Grief forced me to see what matters most: working from anywhere, being present for my boys, and helping people who are trying to keep their heads above water.
With rising costs, shifting job expectations, and technology moving faster than people can keep up, I realized folks need real, practical guidance. Not tech jargon. Just simple tools to negotiate better pay, increase productivity, and use AI to make life easier.

I created AI Accelerate for the people who don't usually get access to this knowledge: working moms, single parents, caregivers, new graduates, burned-out employees, and small business owners doing the job of ten people.
I built it for the folks who feel stuck, unseen, or overwhelmed—the same way I felt during some of the hardest seasons of my life.
"Today, AI Accelerate is more than a business. It's a mission. It's a way to use everything I've learned—from hair to real estate, trucking to tech, salary negotiation to navigating grief—to help people change their lives from the inside out."
I've negotiated my own 280% salary increase, built multiple businesses, and helped others land six-figure roles. I teach what I've actually done—not what I read in a book.
I've worked in data and AI since 2016—long before it was trendy. I translate complex tech into practical tools that everyday people can use without feeling overwhelmed.
As a single mom who's juggled grief, transitions, career growth, and raising two boys, I get it. I design systems that work for busy people with real responsibilities—not just people with unlimited time.
My boys get to watch me build something that changes families like ours. I'm teaching them entrepreneurship, resilience, and confidence—while helping you do the same for yours.
Helping professionals and business owners build wisely—systems over hustle, clarity over chaos.
